Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Ensure the delivery of documentation that meets customer requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines internally and with the client.
- This position reports to the Technical Safety Lead within the project.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant technical education (MSc or BSc degree).
- At least 10 years of experience in Technical Safety.
- Knowledge of relevant engineering standards.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong communication abilities.
- Proven ability to inform and persuade on complex issues through well-prepared proposals, presentations, and reports.
The ideal candidate should have a robust background in discipline work and specialized expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- ALARP evaluations.
- ALARP Cost-Benefit Analysis.
- Inherent Safety Design.
- Facilitating ALARP and Inherent Safety Design Review workshops.
- Preparing reviews, including drafting Terms of Reference.
- Safety Barrier Management.
- Development of Design Performance Standards.
Education:
- Degree in Safety Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
Software:
- Experience with IFS.
Language:
- Proficiency in English
