Location: Fornebu, transitioning to Stord as the project progresses

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Task Force Team, ensuring sufficient team compilation across disciplines and functions.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Ops Team to identify all Physical Blinds necessary for segregating Oil & Gas systems.
  • Provide individual estimates for manpower and materials required.
  • Ensure activity planning and integration into the overall construction and commissioning plan.
  • Offer input and guidance on prioritization and alignment with the overall commissioning strategy and schedule.
  • Manage stakeholder relations concerning required deliverables from engineering and procurement.
  • Understand and interpret P&ID’s and ISO’s.
  • Participate in check-out, verification (Walk Down/Yellow line) according to the RFCC Hand-Over Process.
  • Ensure good communication between operations, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers following good Alliance practices.
  • Verify Construction Field installations are in accordance with design/ISO/P&ID’s in collaboration with the System Lead.
  • Manage related ATS and other resources providing services and materials for rotating Process Systems Commissioning.
  • Update the Master Dossier for P&ID Red-line Mark-up, Valve, and Blinding list as per System Lead’s instructions.
  • Assist with collecting documentation for the RFOC Hand-over according to the System Lead’s instructions.
  • Provide daily reporting to the Commissioning System Lead Process on ongoing commissioning activities.

Required Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience. Lack of formal education can be compensated with substantial relevant work experience.
  • Active, self-driven, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work well with contractors.
  • Strong team player.
  • Experience with HSSEQ.
  • Knowledge of Mechanical Completion systems such as PIMS CMS.
