Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute procurement activities according to regulations, policies, plans, and agreements.
  • Establish negotiation strategies to minimize risk.
  • Search for and evaluate alternative suppliers of equipment, materials, and services.
  • Prepare ITT documents and perform tender evaluations and negotiations.
  • Establish the form of contract.
  • Process purchase requisitions authorized by engineering.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for commercial discussions with suppliers.
  • Work closely with PRE, fabrication coordinator, QHSE, cost control, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Follow up on procurement reporting and ensure a clear formal audit trail.
  • Coordinate supplier quality surveillance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all documentation.
  • Process VORs from suppliers, managing risk, interface, budget, reporting, and approvals.
  • Close out procurement packages, including final account and lessons learned activities.
  • Handle additional tasks as delegated by Project Managers and Project Procurement Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant subjects is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of contracting and procurement is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a plus.
