Job Responsibilities:
- Execution Oversight: Ensure timely and coordinated execution of identified LCI (Life Cycle Information) activities.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and report on LCI progress relative to established milestones.
- Meeting Assistance: Support PRE in BCM (Business Change Management) and kickoff meetings with suppliers.
- LCI Handover Verification: Confirm LCI handover completeness before RFC (Request for Completion) or RFO (Request for Ongoing).
- Deliverable Verification: Validate final LCI deliverables before handing them over to the client.
- Documentation Management: Register and follow up on both supplier and engineering documentation.
- Document Management Guidance: Advise project personnel on document management and LCI requirements.
Required Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of LCI experience in onshore or offshore oil & gas projects or related industries.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge: Familiarity with international codes and standards.
- Systems Competence: Experience with engineering tag information systems like Procosys and STID, as well as document management systems such as ProArc and STID.
- Language Skills: Proficient in both Norwegian and English.
- Familiarity: Knowledge of EqHub.
- Attributes: Proactive and service-oriented.
