Job Responsibilities:

  • Execution Oversight: Ensure timely and coordinated execution of identified LCI (Life Cycle Information) activities.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and report on LCI progress relative to established milestones.
  • Meeting Assistance: Support PRE in BCM (Business Change Management) and kickoff meetings with suppliers.
  • LCI Handover Verification: Confirm LCI handover completeness before RFC (Request for Completion) or RFO (Request for Ongoing).
  • Deliverable Verification: Validate final LCI deliverables before handing them over to the client.
  • Documentation Management: Register and follow up on both supplier and engineering documentation.
  • Document Management Guidance: Advise project personnel on document management and LCI requirements.

Required Work Experience:

  • At least 5 years of LCI experience in onshore or offshore oil & gas projects or related industries.

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with international codes and standards.
  • Systems Competence: Experience with engineering tag information systems like Procosys and STID, as well as document management systems such as ProArc and STID.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in both Norwegian and English.
  • Familiarity: Knowledge of EqHub.
  • Attributes: Proactive and service-oriented.
