Job Description:
- Manage engineering documentation internally, with customers, subcontractors, interfaces, and fabrication, in accordance with project requirements.
- Handle supplier documentation internally and with customers and suppliers during the project phase and as-built delivery.
- Conduct quality checks, registration, and distribution of documentation as per requirements.
- Maintain document metadata.
- Maintain client document systems.
- Act as a driving force and super user in the document management system IFS.
- Provide guidance and support in Document Management, both internally within the project and externally to suppliers.
- Follow up on engineering and supplier document delivery through the document plan, ensuring correct receipt and formal quality.
- Ensure accurate distribution of supplier documentation to the project organization for review and approval, as required by the customer’s management system and/or the contract.
- Follow up on formal correspondence, TQs, etc.
