General Description of the Role:

This position is responsible for setting up the Pims CMS for a large project or asset, encompassing multiple projects. It also includes managing interfaces with contractor systems, Pims Modules, and other systems. The role ensures consistent use of the Pims CMS according to governing documents and provides support, knowledge, and training to personnel involved in the project(s). Additionally, the role oversees access control at the project or asset level, with the option to delegate this responsibility to the Completion Data System Coordinator as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and set up completion systems in accordance with company governing documentation (including CMS, WO, WPR, ATS, Queries, LUN, and SAS Change log).
• Facilitate completion systems and processes forums within the project, proposing improvements and addressing issues related to systems and processes.
• Review project completion documents within the assigned project.
• Assign tasks and monitor completion systems coordinators within the Alliance/Project.
• Prepare and update user manuals, quick guides, and training presentations for project completion systems and processes.
• Act as the liaison between the project and the core completion organization, communicating changes in completion systems and processes using MOC when necessary.
• Assist with project handovers and conduct handover meetings.
• Prepare and update weekly and monthly reports for completion systems.
