Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Ensure the delivery of documentation that meets customer requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate across multiple disciplines internally and with the client.
• This position reports to the Technical Safety Lead within the project.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant technical education (MSc or BSc degree).
• At least 10 years of experience in Technical Safety.
• Knowledge of relevant engineering standards.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication abilities.
• Proven ability to inform and persuade on complex issues through well-prepared proposals, presentations, and reports.

The ideal candidate should have a robust background in discipline work and specialized expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• ALARP evaluations.
• ALARP Cost-Benefit Analysis.
• Inherent Safety Design.
• Facilitating ALARP and Inherent Safety Design Review workshops.
• Preparing reviews, including drafting Terms of Reference.
• Safety Barrier Management.
• Development of Design Performance Standards.

Education:

• Degree in Safety Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• 10+ years of relevant experience.

Software:

• Experience with IFS.

Language:

• Proficiency in English
